This free community arts parade is presented annually by the Cleveland Museum of Art. International and national guest artists join Greater Cleveland artists, families, schools and community groups in a spectacular display of bright costumes, giant puppets, stilt-dancers, handmade masks and colorful floats. Circle Village, which includes the activities, entertainment, and food, is presented by University Circle Inc.
The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland will host an advice clinic for those seeking legal assistance. Volunteer attorneys will provide free legal advice for low-income individuals
Volunteer attorneys from Hahn Loeser will provide legal advice for low-income individuals and their families. The attorneys staffing the clinic will provide brief legal advice and possible referrals concerning civil legal issues (not criminal). Doors will open at 5:00 pm. for intake and the clinic ends at 7 pm.

The purpose of the conference is to place on the agenda of the entire U.S. antiwar movement a proposal for the largest possible united mass mobilization(s) in the future to stop the Iraq War and end the occupation.
